Dear Customers and Partners, Within this exceptional context induced by COVID-19, I would like to inform you personally of the arrangements made following the 16th of March speech of the President of the French Republic and reinforced measures described in the subsequent speech of the French Prime Minister. To best address the situation, our operational organization has been swiftly reconfigured: • Working from Home: Today we have more than 90% of our employees and partners functional using this method, • Secure remote access for our teams to share data and access the intensive computing resources we have, • Deployment of means of communication to facilitate and streamline remote collaborative work between our teams and yourself, • Maintaining, in remote mode, control and validation processes for deliverables • Redundancy of data and key staff positions including in our support functions taking benefit of our dual geographic location, • Maintaining commercial contacts by web-meeting and phone calls. Implementation for all these means has started few days ago and been tested and confirmed to be fully operational. The deployment of home working is almost completed at the present time in our organization to ensure our Continuity Plan and we are fully at your disposal to adapt our measures to the constraints that you deem necessary for your projects.
