Our People

Design & Modelling Technicians

They take part in the project kick-off review and contribute throughout the design and analysis phases: producing CAD/3D models (volumetric or surface), generating 2D drawings, creating digital simulation models, supporting the resolution of calculation phases, analyzing results, and drafting study reports.

Engineers

They are responsible for the work assigned by the Project Managers (technical methods and results, adherence to allocated time, adherence to delivery deadlines, adherence to procedures).

Project Managers

They are responsible for project production and customer satisfaction within the time and cost constraints initially defined. They must ensure that quality procedures are applied, monitor the suitability of human and material resources for the project, and anticipate all aspects of project management (risk and contingency management, customer relationship management…).

Technical Leads

They are experienced engineers who are recognized in their scientific field and have at least 10 years’ experience in their specialty. They are called upon for their skills in their area of expertise to provide support and technical expertise within the framework of a project, to monitor technological and scientific developments, to share their know-how with engineers, to participate in the development of Principia’s software and to ensure the continuity of our know-how.

Experts

They are experienced engineers, recognized in their scientific field, with at least 10 years’ experience in their specialty. They provide technical support during the project implementation phase and, in general, offer their expertise to all members of the production team. They communicate and develop know-how among engineers, participate in the development of PRINCIPIA’s software products and ensure the continuity of our expertise.

Software Development Engineers

Based on an analysis of user needs and projects, they participate in the detailed specification phase and implement the solution using the selected technologies, while meeting the defined deadlines and quality standards and ensuring testing and maintenance. They design the application and tests, produce the associated documentation, implement the solution using the selected technologies, carry out testing and manage corrective and upgrade maintenance for the applications.
