Responsible governance

PRINCIPIA drives its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy by integrating Artelia’s ESG commitments into its daily operations. PRINCIPIA implements these principles with a focus on environmental protection, well-being at work and stakeholder relations.

We prioritize integrity by strengthening our ethical culture through a comprehensive charter and vigilant management. Continuous improvement of our ethics and compliance systems is essential, including mandatory anti-corruption training for all employees.

We encourage open dialogue and offer several channels for reporting ethical issues. The ‘Artelia Group Integrity Line’ provides a secure and confidential platform for reporting illegal, unethical or dangerous behavior.

We are committed to transparency and accountability within our organization and with our partners. We strive to uphold the highest international ethical standards in all our activities.

Our CSR efforts are aimed at building a sustainable and responsible company. We believe in promoting a culture of trust and ethical conduct at all levels.

SET THE STANDARDS AMONG ENGINEERING GROUPS IN TERMS OF CSR

Our major shareholder, Artelia, makes CSR an integral part of the Group’s overall strategy and its day-to-day operations. The CSR Committee defines the Group’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) commitments. The CSR department then applies this strategy at all levels of the organization, which is translated into a series of actions aimed at protecting the environment, well-being in the workplace and the quality of its relations with stakeholders.

Within this framework, and with a view to responding to the growing expectations of its stakeholders, PRINCIPIA also fulfils its CSR commitments and objectives at its own level.

UPHOLD THE HIGHEST ETHICAL & COMPLIANCE STANDARDS

We are fully committed to integrity.

That is why we strive to continuously strengthen our culture of ethics and compliance. Our ethics and integrity charter is inspired by the highest international standards and describes this commitment.
We have implemented a network of managers who ensure that ethical rules are respected daily. We have strengthened our vigilance and alert systems so that all employees can find help and advice in this area. We continue to improve our organization and pay particular attention to the training of all our teams in ethics and integrity. Anti-corruption training courses are organized annually. These courses are compulsory and accessible to all employees in the different regions where Principia operates.

We promote open dialogue within Principia and with its partners and customers: this is why our company has several channels offering the possibility of reporting in good faith any illegal, unethical and/or dangerous fact or behavior affecting the general interest, individuals or the company. Among these channels, Principia employees and stakeholders have access to an online interface of the Artelia Group, the ‘Artelia Group Integrity Line’, which offers the possibility of reporting in good faith and in a confidential and secure manner these same illegal, unethical and/or dangerous facts or behaviors affecting the general interest, individuals or the company.
