This award will be a recognition of his contributions in the writing of the paper “Assessing Fatigue Life of Corroded Mooring Chains through Advanced Analysis” with other authors from Chevron, ExxonMobil, Shell, DNV, Sofec, Eagle, Jdmarineus, Amog, Iseaconsulting and DNV. In his contribution, advanced FEA and multiaxial fatigue analysis for studying the effect of corrosion pits in the fatigue performance of mooring chains were presented.
